Team Member Engagement
Homestead Community Land Trust (HCLT) in Seattle
HCLT recently completed the construction of the Village Gardens Affordable housing development. The neighborhood needed a little love and six amazing Redfinnians were happy to help with this community revitalization project.
Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) in Chicago
Redfin Room is a platform featuring guest speakers spotlighting home-related seminars each month. We’ve hosted numerous classes; topics have included homebuyer education, learning the property tax appeal process, and a new series called “The Art of Negotiation” to help families navigate the home buying process.
Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex Area Serve Team
The DFW Serve Team composed of at least 30 colleagues from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area have been doing a variety of volunteer community initiatives from lake cleanups, clothing drives for underserved families, and various projects with their local Habitat for Humanity, just to name a few.
Partnering with Community’s Child
Redfin deal coordinators from Southern California partnered with Community’s Child to collect much-needed items for their food pantry. They also participated in the organization’s Adopt-A-Family program to assist homeless families who may otherwise not have the resources to celebrate the holidays.
