    Answer a few quick questions to apply. You'll need a real estate license to work with us—find out how to get one here.

    Interview (3–5 business days)

    We'll invite you to interview if we have an opening in your area. You'll answer a few questions by video about your client service experience and interest in real estate.

    Onboarding (1–2 weeks)

    We'll help you hit the ground running with an intro to Redfin, home tours, and more.
